Offset your monthly payment with $1,995 in rental income from the existing basement apartment! The excellent month-to-month tenants love the apartment and would like to stay, giving the new owner immediate rental income while improving the rest of the home. Located in a highly desirable Cottonwood Heights location, this home is a project with a lot of potential for someone willing to put in the work and build equity. The upper level can be renovated while the tenants remain in the basement apartment and continue paying rent. The tenants are happy with the apartment as-is and are not expecting it to be remodeled. There is also plenty of parking for tenants. Live upstairs and let the rental income help offset your payment while you improve the property. Basement apartment will be shown upon an accepted contract for inspection. Great opportunity with lots of potential!
