Unique piece of property in Morgan with unbelievably fabulous views. Morgan City tells me the front is zoned R1-8 and the back (steeper part) is zoned Urban. Don’t know if you can get a building permit however because the fire hydrant is too far away. There is a home higher on the street but it has been grandfathered in. This property has an access road for Morgan City to access a spring on it, but this does not affect the flat part of the property.
