Welcome to Soldier Creek!!! Beautiful Mountain View’s!! This beautiful property is minutes to the Soldier Creek Marina at Strawberry Reservoir! No need to buy a boat, the seller is including one in the sale!! This well cared for home sits on one full acre of flat useable land and has amazing Mountain View’s. The home has three nice sized bedrooms and two baths. Most of the furniture is included in the sale. The seller has added additional square footage by tastefully converting the original garage into a HUGE family room, which includes a stunning pool table. The homeowner does not believe the additional square footage is included in the county records. There is an additional oversized 30×30 unattached garage to store all of the your toys. If you are wanting to use the property year round you can snowmobile in. There is winter parking available for vehicles and trailers in a gated area for an additional fee. Square footage was taken from county records and is deemed reliable, but it is up to the buyer to verify all information.
